GEO AwardFactory of the YearVARTA Microbattery wins cross-industry benchmarking competition "The Factory of the Year 2004"
VARTA Microbattery is this year's winner of the competition "The Factory of the Year/GEO"!
The award has been presented to Dr. Dejan Ilic, CEO VARTA Microbattery at the award cermony on 3th March 2005.
The recipient of the annual international GEO Award (Global Excellence in Operations) is determinded by a selected committee of operations experts at the AT Kearney organisation in conjunction with the German "Production" Industry Magazine; it specifically recognizes preeminence in manufacturing companies.
